Worship leaders recently gathered in Conway for a regional Worship Leaders Roundtable to build meaningful relationships with fellow worship leaders who share similar experiences and passions.

The roundtables, offered twice a year in each region, are an effort to connect worship leaders with one another. They are an opportunity for worship leaders to fellowship and network with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of the position.

“We are just sharing ideas and building relationships with one another,” Arkansas Baptist State Convention Worship Consultant Jim Daniel said.

“Those who are able to attend the worship leader round tables are always glad they came. The connections they make with other leaders in their area are important for encouragement and equipping. I often hear how the connections made in our round tables have grown into friendships and cohorts across the region.”

The roundtables feed into the Arkansas Baptist Worship Leaders Network. The network is designed to connect worship leaders within their regions and across the state, to encourage through fellowship, to equip through resources, and to labor together in the expansion of God’s Kingdom through evangelism.
