Day Camp Information
The Governor’s office and the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) announced a directive on Monday, May 18 that allowed summer day camps to begin effective immediately.
Specifically addressed in the directive was Vacation Bible Schools being allowed to begin under certain restrictions and protocol, which you can read here.
Overnight Camp Information
Yesterday, May 20, the ADH announced that overnight camps are allowed to begin with counselors arriving no earlier than May 24 and campers arriving no earlier than May 31.
More details surrounding that announcement, which will include restrictions and protocols for camps will be announced in today’s press briefing at 1:30 p.m.
