- Monticello is a good place to raise a family; it’s safe, friendly, conservative, and in need of the gospel.
- With over 25 years of ministry, IBC is ready for the next chapter of our ministry. During COVID, the church dropped in attendance and morale, partly due to the times. After a lengthy process, God has confirmed His desire for us to continue. During this time, the Lord has restored our morale and our desire to grow.
- Our next pastor needs to meet the qualifications that are lined out in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and 1 Peter 5:1-3.
- Our next pastor needs to be proficient in handling the word, preaching verse by verse, and eager to lead the congregation to fulfill the Great Commission.
- This is not just a position to preach and office job. The correct Pastor will enjoy cultivating meaningful relationships with the members and the community.
