Wheatley Baptist Church, a small-town, close-knit congregation in Wheatley, AR is prayerfully seeking a pastor to lead our church family with compassion, biblical wisdom, and a heart for community.
We are a welcoming and supportive church located in a friendly rural setting, looking for someone who is outgoing, relationship-focused, and ready to engage both inside and outside the church walls.
Position Details:

Flexible hours: Open to full-time or part-time arrangement

Compensation includes: 3-bedroom parsonage with utilities paid (included in salary)

Qualifications:

5+ years of ministry experience with formal education, or 10+ years of experience without a degree

Strong preaching and teaching skills grounded in Scripture

Outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships

Community-oriented with a heart for small-town ministry
