Valley Ridge Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a full-time Pastor* to lead our church in helping to spread the gospel of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. We are located in the Valley View Public School area in a growing community within the city limits of Jonesboro. We are a small to medium sized church with a weekly attendance of 30 to 40 people. We have a nice facility with a family life center, several available classrooms and offices. We presently are running two services per week, on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
We are Bible-based and share in Christian the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, as our Lord and Savior. We typically run traditional worship services but elements of contemporary and blended services are welcome as long as we maintain fundamental Biblical principle.
Selection of our pastor will be based on the typical interview process. References and background checks will be required.
*Bi-vocational pastors will be considered for the position and salary determined upon agreement by the ideal candidate and the selection committee. No other amenities or benefits are being offered at the immediate time.
