The Pulaski Baptist Association is prayerfully seeking a visionary and mission-minded Associational Mission Strategist to lead, equip, and support our network of churches as we pursue gospel partnership across Central Arkansas. This leader will help strengthen pastors, encourage churches, guide missional initiatives, and champion cooperative ministry throughout the association.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong relational leadership, a heart for pastoral support, experience in church revitalization and missions, and a commitment to Southern Baptist beliefs and cooperation.
