West View Baptist Church, located in Northeast Arkansas, is seeking a Senior Pastor to succeed our current Pastor, who will retire after 20 years of dedicated service. This position will become available in January 2025.
As a Southern Baptist Church, we are committed to reaching the unsaved, discipling our members, and ministering to our community. Our current staff includes a Senior Adult/Music Director, Youth Director, Children’s Director, and an Office Administrator.
We are a mission-driven church with a variety of outreach programs, including a food pantry, Celebrate Recovery, orphan ministry, and back-to-school events. We are engaged in both state and international missions and proudly embrace a multicultural congregation with an average Sunday morning attendance of 200.
A seminary degree is preferred, though not strictly required.
