Where do we find church planters? In our pews.
Through the generous support of Arkansas Baptist Churches through the Cooperative Program and the Dixie Jackson State Missions Offering, Church Planting Strategist Chanson Newborn led two church plants on a mission trip in Detroit, Michigan, July 17-23.
One of the primary reasons for any church planter’s success, joy, and perseverance in planting churches is because of the people who have partnered with the planter in prayer.
On Sunday, May 15, First Baptist Church of Sherwood held a joint fellowship and worship service with Fresh Start Community Church, a new church plant in Sherwood.
God designed church planting as a way to expand His kingdom and is one of the most effective means to spread the gospel and reach new people.
When we choose to abide in God’s commandments and love wholeheartedly, we experience His power working through us and bear much fruit in our lives.
