Cross Theological Seminary and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary enter partnership

PRESS RELEASE – Cross Theological Seminary is pleased to announce a formal partnership with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. This partnership allows graduates of Cross Theological Seminary with a Master of Theological Studies degree to transfer the entirety of their degree hours into the Master of Divinity degree program at Midwestern Seminary and complete 36 more hours to earn a Master of Divinity degree.

Commenting on the partnership, Cross Seminary President Dr. Jeff Crawford said, “As a new seminary we are encouraged in the confidence that Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary has seen in what we are doing to prepare next generation leaders for ministry and mission. We think this partnership is a perfect coupling of our two institutions providing a dynamic pathway for students seeking advanced education and preparation at a world-class seminary such as Midwestern.”

Cross Theological Seminary, founded in 2024, is a ministry of Cross Church in Northwest Arkansas. They currently offer full-tuition scholarships for the entirety of their Master of Theological Studies degree program to all students they accept.
