BOBBY THOMAS

Bobby joined the team in March of 2015 as the President/CEO. He and his wife Jennifer have two girls: Abigail and Annie. They attend Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot. In his role as President, Bobby provides overall leadership and supervision by planning, organizing, directing, leading, and evaluating the Foundation’s ministry. He also provides leadership in the recruitment, orientation, organization, training, and administration of the Board of Directors in conjunction with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.

Eric joined the team in March of 2015 as the Treasurer/COO. He and his wife Stephanie attend First Baptist Church Benton. They have two children: Logan and Addison. In his role as Treasurer, Eric oversees custody of all funds, securities, and properties entrusted to the Foundation. He is also responsible for the general accounting of all operating and investment funds as well as the Foundation’s day-to-day operations.

Dillon joined the team in August of 2013 as the Vice President/Attorney. He and his wife Brittany attend First Baptist Church Benton, where he is a deacon. They have three girls: Perri, Zoey, and Ellasyn. In his role he meets with ministers and ministry supporters about estate planning and charitable giving. He is also responsible for the legal affairs of the Foundation including legal issues pertaining to operational and financial affairs and managing estate and trust administration as needed.
CURT TUCKER

Curt joined the team in November of 2016 as the Investment/Admin Director. He and his wife Kaley have two girls, Tessa and Lana. In his role, he is responsible for assisting with the financial, legal, and trust affairs of the Foundation including overseeing security gifts processes. He also assists the Treasurer with account administration, especially for churches and entities, including preparing investment and financial reports for these.

Jacqueline joined the team in September of 2019 as the Finance/Operations Director. She and her husband Mitchell are members of First Baptist Church Benton. They have three kids: Elle, Peyton, and Wes. In her role, Jacqueline is responsible forassisting with the financial, operating, and trust affairs of the Foundation. She also prepares financial and operating reports based on observations and analyses of financial documents and transactions.

Joy joined the team in September of 2021 as Executive Coordinator. She is a member of TrueHope Church in Sheridan where she serves with students. In her role, Joy is responsible for assisting the President/CEO with the Foundation board and the Vice President/Attorney with managing the estate planning process and legal affairs. She also manages and oversees the design of the Foundation’s communication plan including all printed and digital materials.

Jackson joined the Foundation’s Team as a Finance Coordinator in September of 2025. Jackson and his wife, Jillian, have one daughter, Benson. He and his family live in Conway, where they attend the Summit Church. In his role, Jackson serves as an additional contact for calls regarding personal financial planning including specific questions regarding investments and insurance. He also works in conjunction with the team in the promotion of administration to churches and associations.
HOLLY BAILEY

Holly joined our team as a Ministry/Finance Assistant in October of 2023. Holly is a member of The Summit Church – Saline where her husband Jonathan serves as Kids Pastor. They have four kids: Maddie; Allie, Matthew, and Daniel. In her role, Holly maintains accounting and supporting records related to funds investments, grantors, and beneficiaries along with daily/monthly reconciliation of financial accounts. She also deposits all funds and securities, processes outgoing investment checks, invoices, payments, security gifts, and charitable gift receipts.

Heather joined the Foundation’s Team as an Administrative Assistant in March of 2025. She has been a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church for almost 18 years. Heather is married to Jamie and they have three girls: Calli, Caroline, and Cate. In her role, Heather assists with administrative duties including scanning, electronic filing, database updates, file organization, and consolidating. She also assists with planning and scheduling events and meetings.
SHELLI JOHNSTON

Shelli joined the team in September 2008 as the Support Coordinator. She and her husband Mike have three children: Megan, Nickie, and Dusty with seven grandchildren. Shelli and Mike attend Hillcrest Community Church in Little Rock. In her role, Shelli is responsible for the support ministry of the Foundation and works in cooperation with other team members in financial, legal, and trust affairs of the ministry supporters.

Debbie joined the Foundation’s Team as a Ministry/Support Assistant in November of 2025. She is a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. In her role, Debbie works alongside Shelli in the support ministry of the Foundation to form supportive relationships with those who are in need of care and serves as the liaison for ministry supporters.
BARRI BRIDGES

Barri joined the team in 2019 as the Executive Assistant, and in 2023 transitioned to the Scholarship Administrator. Barri has three boys: Truett, Conner, and Syler. Barri is a member of First Baptist Church Benton. In her role, Barri is responsible for the administration of scholarships, including managing applications, communicating with applicants, and liaising with universities and seminaries. She also works in support of the President/CEO to prepare scholarship reports for board meetings.
