The goal of Serve Local is to provide a cooperative effort that assists churches in moving people from the pew to active ministry.
Brasel said his team of BCM students and volunteers from the school and surrounding area churches hand out goody bags. Even Brasel’s grandson gets in on the distribution.

This is the third article concerning, “Caring for the Care Giver.” The first two articles discussed the need for the ministry, the recruiting and organizing of the supporters, and the initial meeting with all interested parties.

Some of the women cut plastic shopping bags into strips then others loop and tie them together to form a ball of “plarn.”
With the help of hundreds of churches, Pure Water, Pure Love (PWPL) provides thousands of water filters to missionary families and helps fund clean water projects.
