From the heights of the mighty Himalayas to the crystal-clear water of the Maldives, South Asia is both awe-inspiring and heart-wrenching. Despite the beauty of much of the region and its people, South Asia remains home to the largest concentration of non-Christians on the planet.

It is also the home to more than 500 million Muslims and is the birthplace of Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism. Workers among South Asians seek to understand these religions in order to more effectively share the truth of following Jesus Christ.

Following are collections of articles on the three religions most represented by South Asians: Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. As you read and learn, join in prayer with believers in South Asia that the truth of the gospel will penetrate hearts and lives, leading more to eternal life.
