Eagles Finish 6th at AMC Championships 

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Williams men’s cross country team finished in sixth place at the AMC Championships.

Lady Eagles Finish in 6th at AMC Championships 

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Williams women’s cross country team finished in sixth place at the AMC Championships. In the 5k race, they finished with 167 points, 12 points behind fifth place Hannibal-LaGrange and nine points ahead of seventh place Lyon.

Lady Eagles’ Season Ends at the Hand of William Woods 

FULTON, Mo. – The Williams women’s soccer team saw their 2021 season come to an end in the first round of the AMC Tournament with a 4-0 loss to the Owls of William Woods on Friday afternoon. The Lady Eagles finish their season 5-9-1 overall and 3-5-1 in AMC play.

Lady Eagles Swept by Eutectics 

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Williams volleyball team dropped their match at UHSP on Friday night in straight sets to the Eutectics, 25-14, 25-10, 25-15. With the loss, the Lady Eagles are 2-24 overall and 1-6 in AMC play.

Wildcats Complete Comeback Against Lady Eagles 

CANTON, Mo. – The Williams women’s basketball team fell to the Culver-Stockton Wildcats 69-65 on Friday night, despite another double-double from Tasia Bland. With the loss, the Lady Eagles are now 0-2 on the young season.

Lady Eagles Fall to Trojans to End 2021 Season 

HANNIBAL, Mo. – The Williams volleyball team ended their 2021 season with a loss to the Hannibal-LaGrange Trojans on Saturday afternoon.

Lady Eagles Fall to Iowa Wesleyan 

CANTON, Mo. – The Williams women’s basketball team fell to the Iowa Wesleyan Tigers 91-76 on Saturday afternoon in the Oak Hill Inn and Suites Classic hosted by Culver-Stockton. The Lady Eagles are now 0-3 on the season.

Eagles Blow Out Royals in Homecoming Win 

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – The Williams men’s basketball team blew out the Ecclesia Royals 105-79 for the win on Homecoming. The Eagles are now 2-0 on the season.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference has announced the members of the 2021 Academic All-Conference recipients for fall sports.

Eagles Fall in 2OT to CBC in AMC Tournament 

CONWAY, Ark. – The Williams men’s soccer team fell in the first round of the AMC Tournament to the CBC Mustangs 2-1 in 2OT. This ends the Eagles’ season and they finish 9-6-2 overall and 4-3-1 overall.

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. –  The seeds have been announced for the 2021 Williams Baptist University High School Tournament, which begins Monday, November 29.

Swimming Competes at UT-Southern 

PULASKI, Tenn. – The Williams men’s and women’s swim teams competed against UT-Southern on Friday. The women defeated UT-Southern by a score of 99-46, while the men came in second by a score of 137-112.

Freeman’s Triple-Double, Bland’s Double-Double Propels Lady Eagles to Blowout Win Over Arkansas Baptist 

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – Taylor Freeman had a triple-double as a part of Williams 122-50 win over the Arkansas Baptist Lady Buffaloes on Tuesday night. With the win, the Lady Eagles are now 1-3 on the season.

Butters’ Double-Double Helps Eagles Hold Off Arkansas Baptist 

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – Williams men’s basketball defeated the Arkansas Baptist Buffaloes 77-72 on Tuesday night with the help of a big double-double from Shackeel Butters. With the win, the Eagles are now 3-0.

DÉJÀ VU: OUACHITA BEATS ECU ON GOLDEN GOAL 

ARKADELPHIA, Arkansas – The Ouachita Baptist University women’s soccer team beat East Central 2-1 on Saturday in the regular season finale on a golden goal with 20 seconds remaining in the second overtime period.

CROSS-COUNTRY COMPETES AT NCAA REGIONALS 

JOPLIN, Missouri – The Ouachita Baptist University cross-country teams competed at the NCAA Central Region Championship on Saturday with both teams finishing in 23rd place.

COLE BREAKS GAC RECORD IN LOSS TO SOUTHEASTERN 

ARKADELPHIA, Arkansas – Ouachita Baptist University running back TJ Cole broke the Great American Conference single-season rushing record on Saturday in a 35-21 loss to Southeastern Oklahoma State at home.
