ENGAGE Missions Camp is set for June 16-20 at Camp Paron.
The camp combines biblical teaching, worship, evangelism, fun, and fellowship with hands-on ministry opportunities to help equip students to be engaged full-time in God’s mission.
“Engage Student Camp has had a huge impact on so many of our students’ lives as well as our leaders,” said Charlotte Martin of Shiloh Community Church in Springdale. “The Lord has used it to bring about salvations, excitement for missions, and a desire to be obedient to the Lord. Our students can’t wait to return each year to serve on mission in whatever capacity they are asked to. It’s such a blessing to our small church and Travis does an amazing job with facilitating it all, being real and making sure the Gospel is proclaimed. We are so thankful for ABSC for sponsoring this camp each year.”
The theme of ENGAGE Camp each year is taken from one of six basic questions (Who? What? When? Where? Why? How?) concerning the missional lifestyle. This year, the theme is simply “Who?”
Youth Minister Robert Paulk of Shiloh Community Church in Springdale said, “ENGAGE Camp focuses on missions and Gospel conversations, and that is not just a sales pitch, it’s a reality that is intertwined in every aspect and moment of the camp. It has made real tangible growth in my students’ walk with God. They have not only found that a Gospel conversation is easy, they have also found they enjoy it.”
