Ministers’ wives invited to a day of encouragement

Ministry can be full of ups and downs. There are moments when you are sure of your calling, your place in ministry, and the plan God has for you. There are also moments when you are so unsure of your life and calling that it makes it difficult to breathe. Questions swirl, doubts are real, and it seems like everyone and everything is against you. With this in mind, we invite you to a safe place where you can be yourself and receive encouragement for your soul and equipping for your vital role in the local church.

The Arkansas Baptist State Convention along with the Ministers’ Wives Team of Arkansas invites you to the Annual Meeting Ministers’ Wives Conference on Monday, October 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  This fun-filled day offers a wonderful meal, meaningful times of conversation, moving worship, and a real-life panel of ministers’ wives gladly sharing their hearts and experiences with you. We are thankful to have Aamie Mason leading our time of conversation and Melanie Jenkins leading our time of worship.

The day will be filled with special opportunities and gifts that will encourage you in your journey. You can expect to walk away from the day not only encouraged, but also connected with other women walking the same journey as you. Please know that you are loved, valued, seen, and appreciated.

Join us at First Baptist Church in Cabot for a special time of celebrating the truth that we are compelled by a common bond in Jesus Christ! May our prayer be, “for the sake of your name lead and guide me.” (Psalm 31:3)
