This year we are focusing on Arkansas Baptists Women Growing Together. That’s right, friend. It’s time to simplify, deepen our roots, and grow!
Let’s talk about growing together. Spiritual growth happens in the day-in-and-day-out aspects of our relationship with Jesus. Daily choices impact if we grow and how we grow. So, this year, we will focus on heart attitudes, spiritual disciplines, steps of faith, and leadership development that will increase our influence for Kingdom impact.

Network Gatherings
Arkansas Baptists Women’s Ministry Networks offer an opportunity for leaders to gather in regional groups to share ideas, discuss strategy, and get to know one another. The goal is to help grow a strong network of leaders who offer friendship and serve as a resource and encouragement to one another. Our desire is to cultivate relationships among women who lead in the local church as we connect, equip, support, and encourage women’s ministry leaders in each region of the state. Thrive Collective
Thrive Collective is a one-day workshop for women’s ministry leaders. It will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. This will be a focused time for women’s ministry leaders to cultivate relationships with one another in an interactive setting. Thrive Collective is a place to find encouragement, ideas, inspiration, and friendship as we grow together with each other and God. Registration opens February 9th. 2023 Inspire Women’s Conference
Inspire 2023 is going to be an exciting opportunity for the women of Arkansas. Inspire Women’s Conference is designed for women of all ages and stages of life! At Inspire you can expect powerful worship, dynamic speakers, and meaningful times of connection that will bless, challenge, and equip you. Inspire On The Go Podcast
This season we are focusing on growing together. It’s exciting to know that we can grow in our relationship with Jesus and our friendship with one another.
